My name is Tiffany S. Holmes a South Florida Realtor and Investor. I’m a mother of two with four amazing grandchildren. South Florida has always been my home; I attended North Miami Beach Sr. High and continued my education at Tallahassee Community College where I studied business administration.
Many teachings and fundamental lessons were instilled in me as a child and they resonate in me today. I lost my mother at the early age of three so growing up in the city of Miami- Gardens where family ties are strong, and diverse communities made it possible for me to dream big and propelled me to become resilient and self-sufficient. Raising two sons as a single parent definitely influenced my perspective and outlook on life as well. As you canimagine, things weren’t always easy but having a mindset of never giving up despite the odds helped me to remain prayerful, focused, and resilient. In 1998 one of my best decisions lead me to the hospitality industry, where I was employed by Carnival Cruise Lines specializing in cruise line sales and customer service. I began my journey at an entry-level position and worked diligently where I was promoted and earned a Management/Leadership role. During my 19 years of service, my mantra was to “treat others the way I wanted to be treated” and to lead by example with respect and kindness. Here is where I began to learn the process of building friendships and great work relationships; this became a top priority in my life today. Looking at my accomplishments in Corporate America seeing my sons grow into men is confirmation that anything is possible with hard work, determination, and a little faith. In October 2018 I said goodbye to my Corporate job and hello to my new passion in the Real Estate market. I’m a homeowner and investor in several rental properties. As a realtor I specialize in selling homes, negotiating sales, conducting first-time buyer's seminars/workshops, property management, providing analytical stats on the housing market and so much more. I believe “ Knowledge is Power” being skilled in all aspects of the business is a valuable source and key to success. My ultimate goal is to be the BEST at what I do so that I can help fulfill your goals and unlock new doors with you.

Trailblazers: Trailblazers is the central program of the Queen Up Movement & Leadership Academy. At-risk middle school students and their mentors participate in a structured program of support. At-risk middle school students and their mentors participate in an energizing retreat, followed by a seven-month structured program that includes monthly team-building and group activities. The program ends with graduation, but the mentor and young women remain together for the following five months.
Turnaround focuses on students who are chronically suspended from middle and high schools. The program's goal is to rekindle young women's commitment to learning and success in the classroom. By empowering young women to finish school, mentors improve their success in the professional world as adults.
Lunch Friends works with young women from local schools. Adult mentors come to school monthly to have lunch with their "friends." The program lasts for approximately 4 months.
